Method statement of noise control for MAU in office area
在充分掌握每一台风机、风管的分布特点和现场状况基础上,确认该方案,说明如下:
1、风机及管道隔声包扎。用阻尼隔声毡对风机及管道辐射低频声波进行阻断。
2、吊顶吸声。采用9mm厚环保吸声板。平铺在矿棉板顶部龙骨架上,控制吊顶混响时间,吸收低频反射声。
3、增加吸声隔声吊顶。风机正下方采用吸隔声复合结构(轻钢龙骨+50mm空腔+2mm厚隔声毡+9mm厚环保吸声板),有效对低频声波进行阻断。
According to the characteristics of noise propagation, we confirm the optimization program,as follows:
1.MAU &duct wrapping。Using 2mm acoustic Insulation blankets,Low frequency sound waves can effectively be blocked.
2. Adding sound-absorbing material in the ceiling. Structured as follows: 9mm Polyester fiber sound absorption board. Keel at the top of mineral wool board tile rack, control ceiling reverberation time, absorption of low frequency sound reflections.
3. Adding new noise control ceiling(using acoustic materials, sound-absorbing material)。Structured as follows: 50 light steel keel+ 50mm cavity+2mm Insulation blankets+9mm Polyester fiber sound absorption board). Low frequency sound waves can effectively be blocked.
